We seek a General Manager for a beautiful rural hotel with 27 rooms and no services.

Hotel General Manager Benefits:

• A regionally growing privately owned lodging company
• Seasonal hours, an average of 50 hours per week
• Performance-based bonus
• A studio apartment is provided at a nearby lodge that is under the same ownership

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of GM experience in a hotel with at least 25 rooms
• Experience living in a rural setting
• Hands-on, including the front desk and helping with housekeeping as needed
• Ability to work closely with ownership while also able to work independently
• Business acumen and experience with P&L
• Strong leadership ability and success leading seasonal teams
• Some corporate lodging experience is preferred for systems, and hotel or event venue banquet experience is a plus with the heart of an entrepreneur
• A strong preference for enjoying life in a rural outdoor-oriented environment
