Financial Controller Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard company assets
- Managing the financial reporting process, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Financial Controller Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Controller experience in independent restaurant groups is required
- Elite level communication skills and experience managing complex relationships
- Self-starter with ability to work effiicently without direct supervision
- Experience with a wide range of accounting technology platforms, including expert knowledge of Excel
Financial Controller Compensation:
- Competitive base salary, negotiable for highly qualified candidates
