This well-known chain restaurant group is looking for its next Area Director! If you have multi-unit experience in an upscale casual / high-volume restaurant, we would love to talk to you! Tired of hotels and planes and traveling? Why not sleep in your own bed and stay in town everyday?!? Your new area will be all Richmond!

Area Director Requirments

High Energy & Enthusiastic
Able to create a positive & fun working environment
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 6 locations.
Must have culinary experience and be able to hold their own in the kitchen
While this role is a traditional Multi Unit role, the Area Director will be expected to work some nights and weekends. It's imperative to see operations at their peak times, to mentor and develop your leaders in the moment, not just on Monday morning.
