Sous Chef Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume steakhouse setting.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to follow direction and contribute to team success.
