Hotel Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications

• You must have 5 years of experience as a Hotel Restaurant General Manager
• You must take initiative and be a strong communicator
• You will comply with brand standards and be an example to your staff
• You will grow and develop your teams while giving strong direction
• You will provide best-in-class service to guests
