Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- No more than two jobs in 5 years
- Previous management experience of at least 3 years
- Supervise and coordinate all Front of House and Kitchen activities
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to support the GM
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
