We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine who is responsible for managing the restaurant's culinary team within a brand-new resort. This restaurant location offers luxury service, exquisite culinary mastery, and phenomenal steaks with seafood from the Gulf.

Resort Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Create menus based on seasonality, staying current on trending food products and presentation, and then execute them flawlessly

- Participate in marketing events directly related to their specific restaurant
- Knowledge of steakhouse operations and cuisine
- Advanced competency with food safety procedures and guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in culinary arts, management or a combination of related experience and education
- 5+ years’ work experience in a management position at a high-volume casual seafood establishment
