General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in an upscale full-service restaurant General Manager role
- Minimum of 8 years of professional hospitality experience
- General business acumen
- Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
- Budgeting, forecasting, full P&L responsibility
- Successfully manage 7-10 million in annual revenue
- Fully responsible for team performance, morale, and productivity
- Maintain an overall vision of the brand and standards
