Our client, a rapidly expanding spray foam company that values teamwork, innovation, and elite customer experience, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to their success!

BDM Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development of the spray foam market in your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve market penetration and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Provide support to clients onsite and remotely
  • Develop and maintain effective direct sales and distribution channels

BDM Qualifications and Skills needed:

  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Must have experience selling to contractors and architects
  • Experience selling direct and through distribution
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • A strong understanding of the insulation market is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic technical skills
