Established, successful fine-dining restaurant group seeks Restaurant General Manager. Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Select, train, and develop restaurant staff, as well as other HR functions as needed, including discipline and terminations
• Lead and motivate a team with a high degree of professionalism and accountability
• Engage with guests and set the example for hospitality-driven service; resolve issues and complaints
• Oversee scheduling and maintain labor costs within budget
• Maintain restaurant profitability, including minimizing costs and growing sales
• Oversee team to consistently offer exceptional food quality and speed of service

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant concept
• Exceptional written and verbal communication ability
• Proven history of success in managing financials, including cooperative leadership with the culinary team and a thorough understanding of bar operations
• Ability to develop positive team culture and a supportive work environment that encourages success
• Ability to work well in a high-volume, service-oriented environment while maintaining a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
