Our partner, a rapidly growing enterprise specializing in spray foam solutions, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead the expansion of the spray foam market within your designated geographical region
- Foster synergy with fellow team members to accomplish market penetration and boost revenue
- Engage in comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint novel prospects and remain at the forefront of industry developments
- Forge and nurture lasting connections with clients and strategic collaborators
- Offer on-site and remote support to clients
- Establish and sustain effective direct sales channels and distribution networks
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in spray foam sales
- Demonstrated expertise in both direct sales and distribution
- Hands-on experience in the construction sector, including collaboration with contractors and vendors on-site
- Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing innovation and creative problem-solving
- A sound grasp of the insulation market is advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
