Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in training and developing staff
- Build rapport with repeat and first-time guests
- Create a memorable experience for all of our guests
- Bubbly, positive, and fun personality
- High energy and motivation to excel
- Desire to be on the floor-we are not looking for office managers!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with guests
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong P&L knowledge – bar and food cost
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
- 50-55 hours/week
- Obtainable bonus structure
- PTO (1 week after 6 months – 2 weeks after a year – 3 weeks after 5 years)
