Local, fun casual, and growing restaurant group is looking to hire great managers! We are looking for hard-working, dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team and grow with us. We are re-expanding post-covid and need career-driven hospitality pros to guide the way. Our managers are well-trained and developed leaders in our restaurants that show ownership and dedication to the restaurant and guest service. We pay well and invest in our people for the long run!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of restaurant leadership as manager or supervisor
- 5 years of restaurant experience
- TRUE LOVE OF RESTAURANTS AND HOSPITALITY– You choose to make this your career!
- Strong knowledge of beer! Working knowledge of wines, comfort bartending
- Positive, upbeat, friendly personality!
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Open or close the restaurant
- Manage the team and ensure the guest experience
- Be the go-to problem solver, out of the box thinker
- Treat the restaurant with ownership with attention to detail and care for the facility
