Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience leading teams within a quick service or fast casual concept
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to proactively manage costs
- Excellent communication skills
- Unquestionable character and integrity
- Background working with youth is a plus
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day operations
- Interacting with guests and customers
- Leading staff members
- Writing schedules
- Helping conduct inventories
- Maintain a positive work culture
