Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager Role.
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
- Strong financial acumen
- Serve Safe required
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Work as a hands-on manager, side-by-side with team members
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards
- Recruit, hire, and train hourly team members
- Exceed customer service standards, maintaining exceptional Secret Shopper scores
- Control all costs to optimize store profitability
