Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
· Aids in recruiting, manages, trains, develops, and coaches employees
· Maintains a supportive and innovative work atmosphere for every member of the Team
· Financial acumen assisting in managing budgets, labor, and beverage costs
· Guarantees all products meet quality standards and exceeds guest expectations
· Learns inventory system and assists in weekly inventory and invoice entry
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years in a similar restaurant management role, annual sales of 3-4M
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detailed guest service
· Basic computer skills- Experience with third-party delivery management
· Wine a Beverage Knowledge preferred
