General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an upscale GM role
- Minimum experience with managing sales over $7MM
- Strong financial acumen
- Solution-oriented and results-driven
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
- Budgeting, forecasting, full P&L responsibility
- Successfully solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Accountable for team performance, morale, and productivity
- Maintain company culture and brand standards
