We are a Luxury Resort that is looking for a Restaurant Outlet Director to add to our executive team, drive excellence in our outlets, meet financial and progressive sustainability goals, drive positive culture and work environment, and lead with confidence!
Luxury Hotel Director of Restaurant Outlets Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Food and Beverage Director for a Luxury Hotel, independent brands preferred
- 1+ years of experience in leadership in a high-end, stand-alone restaurant
- High energy, operational mindset with boots on the ground, presence on the floor
- Proven experience as an agent of change and commanding presence
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with managers to meet budget goals
- Experience in the Greater San Diego market preferred
Luxury Resort Director of Restaurant Outlets Responsibilities:
- Lead the food and beverage department with integrity and vision
- Manage all food and beverage managers in the restaurants
- Work with the executive team to meet and exceed guest and ownership expectations
- Work with the Director of Food and Beverage to develop a punch list of initiatives to further grow, develop, and improve the restaurants
- Work with marketing on promotions, events, and driving business
