Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

· 1 year of high-volume restaurant management experience

· Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people-first culture

· Humble, hungry, and emotionally smart

· Establish and build community relations

· Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment.
