We are looking for a hands-on self-directed Restaurant Manager with a mindset for growth and ambition to take ownership of the front-of-house operation, lead with vision and a can-do spirit, a leader must have high energy and a strong sense of building strong relationships, attention to detail, passion for amazing cuisine. You'll be a great fit if:
- You have been working in the industry for at least 2+ years, and have experience in high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant brands
- You have knowledge of wine and premium liquor, bar service, and steps of service.
- You have an understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- You have strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- You love being a team player with the ability to take direction
- You're well-versed in Computer Technology
