Resort Director of Housekeeping Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Resort Director of Housekeeping with 400+ rooms of different sizes from studios to 3-bedroom condos
  • History of success as a true servant leader
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Ambitious and self-motivated individual that drives culture and employee recognition programs
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage COGs and labor
  • Strong ability to pivot, make good decisions, and run a department through empowerment

Resort Director of Housekeeping Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness in all rooms and common areas
  • Teach, train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team
  • Spearhead recognition programs and positive associate experiences
  • Make good choices with decisiveness and wisdom
