We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious hospitality professional with the ability and vision to lead our front-of-house team.

Assistant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a restaurant management role (experience in full-service restaurant preferred)
  • Have open availability including early mornings, closing shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • A positive attitude with a sincere passion for creating a remarkable guest experience
  • Highly organized and efficient – ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
  • Genuine passion for food + drink made with the highest quality ingredients
  • High energy with strong ability to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, with incredible attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Great communication skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
  • Coachable and open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement
  • ServSafe Manager’s Certification required
  • Knowledge of Toast POS, 7-Shifts – supplier ordering platforms is ideal
  • Experience in take-out and 3rd party delivery
  • Familiarity with beer, wine and spirits
