Requirements for the Sous Chef Position:

  • At least three years of experience in a fast-paced upscale casual dining establishment (with annual revenue exceeding $5 million) or fine dining setting
  • Proficiency in running a scratch kitchen, including expertise in meat and seafood butchery
  • Demonstrated aptitude in organization, leadership, and problem-solving
  • Collaborative team player with a knack for taking initiative and assuming responsibility
