We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager to join a growing mid-sized logistics company. A successful candidate will have experience in logistics, sales, and business development. If you are a leader that encourages employee development that thrives in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you!
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a high-performance sales team
- Support your team to exceed sales goals and help with closing
- Superior customer service for existing and meet with potential clients
- Lead sales meetings on targets and forecasting, including the close ratio
- Develop account reps and promote leads and assign territories
- Help provide sales channels
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2+ yrs outside sales in logistics, (3PL preferred)
- Lead by example mentality, with a proven successful sales track record
- Flexible in thought, communicate in the office and with home offices to refine procedures
- Experience coaching/training a diverse, hourly & salary workforce
Sales Manager Benefits:
- Generous Base Salary + Commission
