An established franchise group is on the search for its next rock-start Restaurant General Manager. You will manage all the aspects of the restaurant. Employee experience, guest experience, and food safety are #1.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Focus on the employee, guest, and food safety
- P&L – inventory, food ordering/costs, labor
- Lead and manage all employee processes- recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to focus on customer service and support
- Must have strong employee leadership experience and desires
Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000
