A premier restaurant group in Florida is looking for an experienced Beverage Director who will help elevate their beverage program, both on the cocktail and wine offerings.

Beverage Director Considerations:
- Experience as a Beverage Director overseeing at least 5 units
- Restaurant/Bar opening experience preferred
- Provide high levels of customer service experiences
- A master of mixology and wine
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data/forecast trends
