A locally-owned restaurant group seeks an experienced Executive Chef to join their team!

What you will do:
-Hire, interview, train, motivate, develop, and organize a friendly, competent staff.
– Perform all opening and closing procedures as well as shift responsibilities.
– Maintain standards of cleanliness and order in the kitchen and Dining Room and assign cleaning projects to staff as necessary.
– Conduct regular staff meetings and ongoing training efforts.
-Attend monthly management meetings.
-Maintain current CPR, ServSafe, Allergen & Choke certification.
