We seek an Assistant General Manager to report to the owners to lead this farm-to-table, scratch kitchen upscale dining restaurant.
With state-of-the-art equipment and a stunning marble/stone open kitchen, complete with its own charcoal-fired spit and stone-fired oven, Moroccan Chandelier, and Venetian Plaster, the new Assistant General Manager will have an exceptional opportunity to propel this stunning property and their team into the future.

As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you should have the following experience and abilities:
- 3+ years of recent experience leading as a GM or AGM in an upscale-casual or fine-dining restaurant
- Able to lead and develop a success-oriented team
- Proven success managing financials and creating profit
- Good or reasonably explained tenure
- Food Handler Manager Certification
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Restaurant-based catering experience
