A beautiful resort in Door County, WI is looking for a talented and creative Banquet Chef to add to it's culinary team!
Banquet Chef Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and portion specs for banquet menu
- Cost control/Inventory control
- Staff scheduling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- All other duties as assigned by Executive Chef
Banquet Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in banquets and large events
- Associates degree preferred
- High attention to quality and detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team
