A unique place where great food, conscious leadership, and working together as a unified team comes naturally! We are opening our next location in January and seeking an Assistant General Manager who is heavily involved and has a strong understanding of wine and spirits.

 

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise entire team
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in finer dining restaurants
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • High-volume experience
  • Passion for food and quality
