Sous Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of upscale dishes and fresh ingredients
- Must be an organized self-starter who is a hands-on leader
- Must be reliable and professional in everything they do
- Can manage people as well as costs and profitability
