Requirements for Restaurant Manager position:
- Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Proven track record in driving sales, developing people, and engaging with the community
- Sound understanding of cost control measures for products
- While kitchen experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role
