Business Office Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Successful candidates are precise in their work and focus on getting the job done
  • Looking for team players who are collaborative, proactive, and take ownership of their work
  • Experience: 2+ years of healthcare billing required; revenue cycle management skills are key
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Office – particularly Excel
  • Primary focus is ensuring billing is accurate and paid in a timely manner
  • Complete reporting and analysis on cash collected, denials, daily patient census, etc.
  • Post payments to accounts using billing software
  • Nationwide background check and drug screen will be conducted
