Job Summary

We are hiring a top-caliber General Manager. The right person will be outgoing, passionate, and able to think on their feet. Hospitality must be demonstrated in every aspect of the job, including how you treat your team, not just your guests. We prefer managers that enjoy late-night entertainment venues. If you think you are fit, we would love to speak with you!

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Solid tenure, no job hoppers
  • Bar or Nightlife experience, live music venue
  • Strong administrative abilities-can keep costs to budgets
  • High-volume experience
  • Strong leadership skills- Problem-solving is fun for you

Restaurant General Manager Job Function:

  • Maintain the standards of the company
  • Proven background in upscale nightlife and/or cocktail lounges
  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues in a positive manner
  • Financial acumen and ability to execute the P&L, Budget, and Forecasting
  • Leads by example
  • Build guest relations

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • $75,000 – $80,000 a year
