Job Summary
We are a privately owned resort company looking for an Executive Chef. This is a fantastic chance for the right Chef who enjoys the coastal lifestyle. This is a full-time and year-round opportunity. We want to talk to you If you are interested in advancing your career path!
Resort Executive Chef Benefits:

Resort Executive Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 4-5+ Years in a similar role
- Menu development, costing, tastings, and implementation expertise
- Capacity to hire, teach and guide new team members
- Proven backgroundwith catering and wedding services, menu tastings provided with wedding packages
- Valid Driving license and clean driving record
- Lead teams by example, being the point of contact in Culinary for the property
- Mentor and develop team members and cultivate a work environment
- Ready and able to work actively in the kitchen in a hands-on manner
- Cultivate a true team environment by providing proper training and counseling, minimizing turnover
- Cooperate closely with the Executive team to develop new and compelling ideas for business growth
