General Manager needed for Iconic breakfast restaurant in Abilene, Texas.

General Manager Requirements
- 5+ years in a full-service high-volume restaurant as general manager
- Experience working BOH preparing food, you will be jumping on the line to help
- High standards, exceeding expectations as a norm
- Proven strong problem solver
- Must have an owner-like mentality, taking pride in all aspects of restaurant, always looking for opportunities to improve
- Strong P&L knowledge and financial acumen
- Ability to work closely with hands-on ownership.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have a genuine passion for hospitality and people
- Breakfast experience preferred but not essential
