Hospitality Manager Qualifications:

  • Lead and train staff in proper serving techniques for meals and cocktail hours
  • Responsively address guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
  • Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner across the property, with the majority of meals served in our main lodge dining hall. Other locations, including room service and outdoor dining, may be required
  • Adhere to the standards of hygiene and food safety requirements
  • Maintain a positive, engaged work mentality
  • Strong fine dining and wine background
  • Flexibility with guest special requests
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to schedule and manage a team of up to 20 staff members
