Job Summary
We are a family-oriented entertainment space searching for an Operations Manager with experience in a fast-paced food/entertainment field. A people-first concept looking for a leader of the team.
Operations Manager Requirements:
- $3 Million in annual sales
- People-first personality
- Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
- Team-oriented
- Dynamic leadership
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Understand profit and loss statements
- Big picture viewpoint – but can manage to the details
- Must be very guest focused
- Foodservice background
Operations Manager Compensation:
- $50,000-60,000 in salary based on experience
- 15% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
- Health and PTO
