Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Assist the General manager in all aspects of operations
- Maintain a positive, fun, and respectful working environment
- Control food and labor costs to optimize store profitability
- Work as a hands-on manager, side-by-side with team members
- Effectively lead front and back of house operations, providing consistent service and food standards
- Recruit, hire, and train FOH and kitchen staff, and create schedules to meet business needs
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Casual or Fast-Casual restaurant management experience
- Possess an upbeat, dynamic personality with exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership mentality
- Solid culinary skills and experience working with a 100% scratch menu
