Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Desire to take care of people
  • Experience in a fast-casual setting desired
  • Has or can obtain TABC, ServSafe certifications

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Provide exceptional guest and team-member experience
  • Able to adapt to changing situations
