Appropriate Job Title Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 2 Years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
- Stays Calm in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment
- Strong Communicator
- Can lead line and prep cooks in a diverse, respectful kitchen
- Can assist in menu creation for special events
