What You'll Bring:

  • SHRM
  • BA/BS Degree in HR, Industrial Organizational Psychology
  • 10+ years leading a TAG
  • Exposure to mission critical IT systems, mechanical, and engineering construction and build-outs
  • Fluent in HR hiring policies and procedures – OFCCP, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA
  • Adept at MS Office, specifically Excel

What You'll Do:

  • Develop innovative, effective recruiting SOP's and strategies
  • Develop long and short-term recruitment strategies, partnering with all stakeholders
  • Enable development and use of tools and processes, tracking TA program effectiveness
  • Support continued development of EVP, informing employment branding, outreach, and networking
