Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of a large team in a high-volume environment
  • Oversight of beverage program
  • Ability to manage 7-10 million in annual revenue
  • Maintain relationships with guests and be present during service
  • Develop the team through coaching, training, and development

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant General Manager role
  • Upscale full-service restaurant background
  • Ability to effectively lead and delegate appropriately
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
