Sous Chef/KM needed for a high-volume scratch kitchen in an upscale-casual concept. This position requires someone who is dedicated to the craft and upholds quality standards. A passionate Chef who is looking to grow with a great team!
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
- Maintain quality food and service always
- Be proficient with recipe expectations
- Engage with guests and staff
- Control food and labor COGS
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen
- Must have extensive knowledge of steak including different cuts, storage, and cooking
- High-volume experience $5 million+ is a must
- Understands quality and consistency aspects of the kitchen
- Exhibits a hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team
