Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Have at least 2-3 years in a restaurant management role
- Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example and uphold restaurant cultural standards
- High level of passion for developing people
Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and direct the team – set the bar high and never underdeliver
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable – integrity and respect are priorities
- Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
- Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail
- Focus with the team on creating great guest experiences every time
- Keep operations running smoothly in the restaurant environment
