Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager
  • Must have a passion for genuine hospitality and being guest-first focused
  • Integrity, character, and professionalism
  • P&L budgeting/forecasting and cost control
  • Proven track record of positive leadership and business results
  • Must TRULY care about people, especially their team!
  • ServSafe, local, and state certifications or the ability to obtain

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • Create a fun and safe work environment for team members
  • Hire, coach, train, and discipline team members and management team
  • P&L analysis and solutions
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure quality food and standards of excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all employment policies
