Job Summary
Growing Regional Restaurant Brand is seeking experienced General Manager (65k-70k base) and Assistant General Manager (55k-65k base) candidates.
Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat
- A strong benefits package with M/D/V/STD/401K
- Three weeks of paid time off in the first year!
- Huge bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth

Manager Qualifications:
- Experienced restaurant leader, preferably current or recent experience with drive-thru.
- Solid tenure
- Hands-on style of leadership
- Upbeat personality
- Solid communication skills and professional appearance
- Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
- Someone who wants to grow their career!
Note- these are very hands-on roles with 12-hour shifts, the latest closing time is 11 pm. The menu and systems are streamlined for execution. The compensation is amazing and you get your days off.
