Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef with a proven track record in upscale fine dining to lead our exceptional establishment. Our ideal candidate is passionate, visionary, and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, amplify our reputation for excellence by promoting great culture, and ensure the overall quality of life for employees and customers.

Exec Chef Compensation:

Exec Chef Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Passionate, fun, results-oriented, and positive.
  • Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills essential to success.
  • Capacity to function effectively in physically demanding, high-volume work environment.

Exec Chef Qualifications:

  • A leader who empowers and supports the team, always demonstrating integrity and our core values.
  • Strong grasp of food-related procedures, P&L, budgets, scheduling, team member development, and catering services.
  • Partner with GM to deliver top-notch customer experience and ensure all health, safety, and labor requirements are met.
  • Play a lead role in new menu rollouts at local area restaurants and recipe revision rollouts assigned by the Market Leader.
