CNC Machine Specialist

Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity for 3 CNC Machinists to join their team. Located in a serene inland Northern California area, our client is an industry leader in vacuum solutions.

CNC Machine Specialist Responsibilities:

• Ensure that company products meet customers’ high standards and distinctive specifications for machining.
• Work with advanced prints, geometrics, tolerancing, high skill level, and setup experience. 
• Directly perform machining processes for company vacuum products, with a primary focus on vacuum chambers.
• Collaborate with other departments toward manufacturing problem resolution and appropriate documentation completion.
• Assist other departments in meeting company manufacturing goals.
• Engage with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, etc. to establish proper sequencing, procedures, and priorities.

CNC Machine Specialist Qualifications:

• CNC Machinist experience, education, or training.
• Accurately read, comprehend, and follow job-routing instructions.
• Conduct standard testing to verify material conformance using specific testing equipment and/or visual examination methods.
• Thrive in fast-paced shop environments featuring rapidly changing work priorities, with minimal supervision required to accomplish assignments within deadlines.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of machining equipment safety protocols.
