Job Summary
We're looking for a General Manager with a dynamic personality to bring their ever-advancing skill set to a fun and exciting fast-casual spot in Palo Alto.
Do you have some experience as an Assistant General Manager or Supervisor in a quick-serve restaurant and want to take the next step toward running your own store as a GM?

The ideal candidate for this role will bring an advancing level of situational awareness in how the restaurant operates and start getting comfortable making GM-level adjustments to achieve maximum efficiency.
This is a management-level role in a growing brand and the perfect candidate will:
- have some experience with Indian cuisine and/or the ability to learn quickly
- enjoy tapping into their own creativity while navigating the guest and employee experience making every interaction exceptionally extraordinary.
- work smarter, not harder without compromising brand standards.
- manage a budget, P&L, COGs, and the complexities of a passionate team.
- step in and step up without hesitation in ensuring guest happiness is a priority in every step of service.
Preferably you will bring some diverse experience leading in all areas of the restaurant from showcasing hospitality in front of the house and executing precision flavors in the back of the house to keeping the restaurant in order with scheduling, inventory, and, support with accurate financial reporting.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Create a culture aligned with the company values
- Bring advanced awareness of restaurant operations
- Coach, guide, and mentor staff daily to be their best selves
- Oversee daily operations and maintain an accurate manager log
- Adjust "on-the-fly" to the demands of the business to achieve a strong financial health
General Manager Requirements:
- Some Assistant General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment
- Experience with and ability to learn how to seamlessly talk about Indian cuisine
- Volume experience of at least $3M
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Some Catering experience preferred—preparing for delivery and events
- Be passionate about your people, your restaurant, and your industry
- Detailed-oriented and driven to succeed with an ownership mentality
Senior General Manager Compensation:
- Competitive compensation in the $65,000 to $75,000 range
- Bonus up to 15%
